Example 15 not working as expected

Describe the bug

When trying out the "Scale" example https://react-grid-layout.github.io/react-grid-layout/examples/15-scale.html it does not behave as expected - when an item is dragged, it's not positioned under the cursor. See the attached video.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. Drag any of the items on the page

Expected behavior

The dragged item should stay under the cursor like it does in other examples.
