Detect unsupported EC_POINT_FORMAT extension?

For the risk described here: https://security.stackexchange.com/a/165431 and as detected by ImmuniWeb (previously htbridge), is it possible to detect that the server supports the elliptic curves but not the EC_POINT_FORMAT TLS extension?
