Support discrete time bin version of nmixTTD a la Strebel et al. 2021 Methods in E and E

It would be great if the package implemented the discrete time bin versions of the model that are presented in the Strebel paper.

This is something I'd like to do (see also #252). Not sure when I will get to it, though.
