Hi,

I am super excited to try this tool for microbiome analysis since it looks very thorough. However, when I try to install it by running the command vagrant up I get the following error:

Bringing machine 'default' up with 'virtualbox' provider... ==> default: Importing base box 'ubuntu/trusty64'... ==> default: Matching MAC address for NAT networking... ==> default: Checking if box 'ubuntu/trusty64' version '20190514.0.0' is up to date... ==> default: Setting the name of the VM: genepiper_default_1586186994126_88069 ==> default: Clearing any previously set forwarded ports... ==> default: Clearing any previously set network interfaces... ==> default: Preparing network interfaces based on configuration... default: Adapter 1: nat ==> default: Forwarding ports... default: 3838 (guest) => 4002 (host) (adapter 1) default: 22 (guest) => 2222 (host) (adapter 1) ==> default: Running 'pre-boot' VM customizations... ==> default: Booting VM... There was an error while executing VBoxManage`, a CLI used by Vagrant
for controlling VirtualBox. The command and stderr is shown below.

Command: ["startvm", "2aff4ca8-030c-49cf-a85a-5407506e7fd7", "--type", "headless"]

Stderr: VBoxManage: error: VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED)
VBoxManage: error: Details: code NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005), component ConsoleWrap, interface IConsole
`

Could you please help me solve it?

Thanks!

Pablo
