Installation failure

Unfortunately, I ran into problems while installing GenePiper.
I execute vagrant up in a directory containing only Vagrantfile, but unsuccessfully. You can find all the output of my vagrant up command here: link-to-log-file. My OS is Ubuntu 20.04. VirtualBox version is 6.1.18. Vagrant version is 2.2.14.

Could you please let me know what can be the reason of this failure and how it can be resolved?

I managed to solve the problem by myself. The thing is that I work behind a proxy, so the solution is to configure proxy settings (for both apt and R) on the virtual machine.
I edited Vagrantfile.

First of all, I replaced line 20 with the following (--keyserver-options http-proxy=http://vagrant:vagrant@[MY_PROXY_URL]:[PORT]/ is added):

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --keyserver-options http-proxy=http://vagrant:vagrant@[MY_PROXY_URL]:[PORT]/ --recv-keys E298A3A825C0D65DFD57CBB651716619E084DAB9

The second thing is to add following lines just after $script = <<BOOTSTRAP:

export http_proxy="http://vagrant:vagrant@[MY_PROXY_URL]:[PORT]/"
export https_proxy="http://vagrant:vagrant@[MY_PROXY_URL]:[PORT]/"

First 12 lines might be redundant, but anyway.

After that, it works!
It will be great if you add instructions for those who work behind a proxy to installation guide.

P.S. Will it be ok if I leave all my giant log from the previous comment as is here? My Dropbox link won't live forever, and content of this log might be useful for others.
