Add ability to set custom instructions for AI

Feature request:

In the AI Settings, it should be possible to add an instruction to the AI that gets added to the system instructions. That would make it possible to supply e.g. environment specific instructions regarding the data model, custom tables, etc, to the AI. This would decrease the need for the AI to use metadata lookup, which would increase performance and decrease token usage.

When we do this, we can flag whether the custom instruction should be in the general settings for the XTB installation or per the current connection. (There are already both setting files, so no big thing!)
