Foam Support

Foam (a VSCode alternative to Obsidian) will be getting their own MCP soon, and I wonder if this is a viable way of replacing Obsidian as something FOSS (since LogSeq is moving on to the DB format rather than MD format). https://github.com/foambubble/foam/issues/1521
