How to reproduce the bug?
Just select text within the demo at your touchscreen-device and the native selection popup will overlay the notepad popup.
Suggestion:
If most or all native selection menus are above, check space further above and show notepad popup (top -2 em ) or so.
I bet there is no trusty way to find out if and where the native selection menu appeared.
Maybe make popup fixed at the very top of the screen.
