The scope of this bounty is to gather chain data for each of the sub-pages on http://indexed.eth.link/ you can find all the sub-pages that need filling out on the docs page here

Bounty Details

1. Please choose an L2 chain to add data for and submit a PR. Before you start research on a chain check to make sure there is not already an active chain for it. IF YOU DO NOT CHECK FOR DUPLICATES, YOU RISK NOT BEING PAID FOR YOUR PR.
2. We will pay 40 DAI for each accepted PR, up to 10 PRs.
3. Please list a reference for how you found the information of each chain.
4. PRs due January 22nd. PRs submitted after Jan 22nd will not be considered.

Thanks for clarifying, we are looking to have folks fill in the data for the existing chains on the page. Not add new chains, we might extend that later but for now getting accurate data for the ones we have would be a solid start. Thx for asking !

I might suggest additional columns:

• security. Is the L2 as secure as the base layer? Given what assumptions? Example: Matic is a sidechain and not as secure as the base layer. OVM is as secure as the base layer, so long as fraud proofs are functioning. zk is always secure as the base layer.
• generality. Does the L2 support smart contracts in general? Can a codebase written in solidity "just work" on this L2? Example: Arbitrum/Matic "just work" for existing codebases vs. StarkWare's Cairo currently requires a rewrite because there is not yet a Solidity -> Cairo compiler and won't be for months.
• composability. Does the L2 support composability, like base layer transactions? Example: Matic/OVM support composability.
• permissionless innovation. Does the L2 support any dev deploying their own stuff, like the base layer? Example: Arbitrum's Arbchains don't always support permissionless innovation, it's configurable. Loopring doesn't allow devs to deploy their own tokens. Optimism will support full permissionless innovation.
• fast withdrawals that are capital efficient. Afaik, only zero-knowledge L2s support fast withdrawals without capital-intensive loans.
