Appendix A,B,C & Index has missing

After checking with

I found that this project is excellent because all the pictures have re-drawed with tikz (maybe).

But Appendix A,B,C & Index has missing.

Also, as you have not provide the latex source, It is hard to fork this repo and go on with this project, hopefully the source code still exists in your computer

You could probably manually make this change by splicing together the pages from the original C textbook pdf and this one(but it'd look a bit garish I reckon)
