RF_model file missing

The file RF_model containing machine learning models is missing from GitHub repository. Kindly add that file.

@jacobson090 Thank you so much for pointing out the issue.

The RF_model file has been added. As the model file is large, we have added the link separately under the Important Note heading.
To download the model file, click on the given link (https://webs.iiitd.edu.in/raghava/toxinpred2/RF_model.zip).

Make sure you extract the downloaded zip file in the directory where the main execution file, i.e., toxinpred2.py, is available.
