Contributor Policy for Geogram

Introduction

Thank you for your interest in contributing to our project! Contributions from the community are essential. To ensure clarity and legal compliance, we have outlined the following Contributor Policy. By contributing to this repository with any kind of data, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Non-Exclusive Rights Assignment You hereby grant the project maintainers and the broader community a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and sublicense your contribution as part of the project in any format or medium, now known or later developed.

  2. Ownership and Originality You confirm that:

    • You either own the intellectual property rights to your contribution or have the necessary permissions to submit it.
    • Your contribution does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  3. No Restrictions You agree not to submit contributions that are subject to legal or contractual restrictions that would prevent their inclusion in this project.

  4. Moral Rights Waiver (if applicable) To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in your contribution, including the right to attribution, unless otherwise required by applicable legislation.

Attribution and Credit
