'Who is using it?' section, update suggestion

The last one of this section is the IC3. This institute was merged with the BSC (Barcelona Supercomputing Center), so it would be nice to update this page.

I don't see any reason why the content should not get updated. Do you mind if we wait a day or so, just in case its a github issue? I am open for other suggestions of course!
