Swap item doesn't work when moving item to end of list

Presenter dragging item to bottom of My Items doesn't swap position on Organizer Items list.

As far as I can tell, "swap" is completely broken.

Part of the problem is that logic itemSwapped (views.js) is assuming numeric ids. :(
