Remove offensive terms from the code base

Describe the issue

There are terms such as "dummy" used throughout the code base. We need to do a sweep for this and other terms, and rewrite things to use other terminology.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Do a recursive grep through the code base.

Hey @mhucka can I work on this? I assume dummy is used like a dummy doll/wood and not as an adjective, but would love to swipe through the docs and suggest more clean alts.

@rosspeili Sorry to have let this sit (just a symptom of juggling too many things). Thank you for your interest. I've assigned it to you, but let's sort out the identical issue in Cirq (quantumlib/Cirq#8103 (comment)) and then do it here in OpenFermion.

No worries at all @mhucka. I will try to fix the cirq one first and see which words can be reused for the sake of consistency, since a lot are cirq or openfermion specific.
