Inquiry regarding patch submission process for Qualcomm kernel

I want to submit a patch to QC kernel and would like to clarify the correct submission workflow.
Does the Qualcomm team accept GitHub PR for this repository, or should I submit patch via the linux-arm-msm mailing list IIUC?
Any confirmation or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
