The current irq test is vulnerable to false failures because it expects all per-CPU arch_timer counters to increment during an idle sleep window. On tickless/idle systems, an online CPU may legitimately show zero delta if no workload is scheduled on it. The test should generate pinned per-CPU workload and verify timer increments under active CPU execution. The test is now enhanced qualcomm-linux/qcom-linux-testkit#462
