The line this is temp is appended to the end of README.md. This is clearly temporary/debug text that should not be committed to the repository. This violates the REVIEW.md rule "No accidental file commits" ("Flag any suspicious additions") and "Scope discipline" (the change has no clear purpose and adds meaningless content to a public-facing file).
