Overlay & Notification Issues on OnePlus – Disappears After Background Removal

When launching the app, I display a small overlay icon (100x100) using "Display over other apps" permission. However, on OnePlus devices, after swiping the app from recent apps or after some idle time, the overlay disappears. Additionally, the notification (which is intended to bring back or maintain the overlay) does not function as expected.
