Change the namespace

The namespace http://www.example.com/pvcollada was used during the development phase but we should now move to a "production-ready" namespace. We could register a dedicated domain name, or use the URL of the github repo. In any case, the namespace should probably contain "2.0", which would help identify the version of PVCollada we are using.

I agree. I'll talk with the pvlib organization maintainers about whether pvcollada should stay in pvlib, or move to its own organization. I created the development repo in pvlib because it was convenient.
