Order of folders

Because the search of cryptopus didn't work anymore after we sorted the folders inside their serializers, I removed the sorting logic #757 . We need to reimplement this but if possible on another level, probably directly inside the query.

Acceptance criteria:

• Folders are sorted again after following logic:
