Styles aren't working

Copying and pasting from the samples, I'm not seeing any styles applied to the rendered content.

No error is shown, but the styling isn't applied at all and the FormattingMenu isn't visible.

This seems to be caused by the fact I'm using create-react-app

You may need to include the styles scss file in the component where you are including the component. Something along the lines of @import "~@pubpub/editor/dist/style.scss"; in a loaded scss file. Could you share the setup you have that is not working for you?

The core issue is coming from the fact we don't use have SCSS incorporated in our build (using vanilla CRA).

Would it be possible to incorporate a compiled version of the styles so that we can require that instead?
