Proxy Support

• I want to set Proxy after pubnub object is initialised
• So it is possible after pubnub is initialised then the client applies proxy on their system in that case i should be able to listen to 407 status code
• What i would like is to pubnub to provide a way via which i can give an Action onto how to create IHttpClient or may be clientName to use which pubnub internally use as httpClientFactory.Create(clientName)
• I do not want to restart my service in case proxy is applied
