Rewrite the xslx uploader so it doesn't need a mapping file and works with plain old csv Will need some conventions: * Simple column headers assumed to be DC * Some kind of namespace:field convention for extended metadata * Convention for naming files and download columns eg FILE:1 DOWNLOAD: 2 * Optionally have a collection column * Optionally have an omeka type but also have a way to specify a default
