After attempting to run this myself for faster results, the application crashes and doesn't seem to work.

I had fixed that issue, I uploaded a rar. But now it seems like it cant find my terrains file.

The error message is most definitely correct. gm, also known as Graphics Magick (or it's cousin Image-Magic) is a common image conversion tool pre-installed on most modern Linux operating systems. When I initially wrote this program, I thought it was bundled inside the node-module (I was wrong) but in fact, you need gm installed on your machine for the program to work.

The last time I worked on a Windows machine was Windows XP, so I don't know what you would need to do to install gm :.

But I do have a better idea though! Do you know what Docker is? Could you get docker on Windows? I was thinking that I could make a dockerfile to solve the problem.

After fixing the specified issue, packs will open up but nothing converts. I've tried several packs, and have gone as far as using the heroku based converter without luck. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong anymore. Do packs have to be formatted a certain way, or do files have to be in a specific order when uploading, etc.

It's literally any texture pack I use it doesn't seem to convert.
