Services.Local.DHCP.Client.v4: Interface/Name Fields possible value update

The possible values of both fields are switched. Interface field should have possible values "valid "Interfaces.IP.{InterfaceId}" object" and the Name should have "any string with length from 1 up to 64 chars".
