`-l` from comma separated

Current Behavior:

-l flag only supports stdin or file input

Expected Behavior:

-l flag should support also comma separated list

Notes

The implementation should check comma presence and in case split by it and consider all items as targets to check, otherwise revert to the standard current behavior
