Driver cannot be loaded, Re-Install the program may fix the issue

I'm having a problem running the program on GPD Win 3 with Windows 11. Every time I get this message. "Driver cannot be loaded, Re-Install the program may fix the issue". I've turned off Memory Integrity, restarted and re-downloaded the tool but that hasn't solved it. At a loss for what to do now.
