OXP mini pro U6800 don't work

I recently received my oxp mini pro with u6800 I installed / uninstalled .net 5.0 several times. The application asks me for another application in the winstore to open the power control panel.
Why ? what can be missing knowing that it is a new windows installation and which is up to date?
