Maybe not a bug as such, just a observation i just had.
I was playing with the creation of a skill via the DEV tab on the webUI. I noticed in the *.install file it created a "sysreg": [] option. I could be wrong but i'm guessing that should be "systemRequirements": [] ?
Happy to delete this report if i'm wrong and its meant to be there :)
