Support the new column ttypes of Pandas 2.0 in altair

Pandas 2.0 support many new column types, from numpy, arrow, and nullable: https://pandas.pydata.org/pandas-docs/stable/user_guide/pyarrow.html
ipytablewidgets should support them in the Altair conversion.
