Closing a sketch closes the Welcome window as well.

Bug description

The welcome window is not supposed to close itself, when you close the editor.
This happens when you have 1 sketch open and the welcome window, now if you close the welcome window, the sketch remains open, however, if you do the reverse, the welcome window closes.

Steps to reproduce this

1. Open processing

2. Close the editor window

3. the welcome to processing window closes as well.

@SalmaneKhalili @SableRaf Hi! I’ve been investigating this issue and traced the behavior to "Base.handleClose()".

It looks like the IDE assumes that when the last editor window closes, the application should quit. However, the welcome window does not appear to be tracked in the "editors" list, which may be why it closes when the editor is closed.

I’m currently experimenting with a possible fix and will open a PR once I’m able to verify the behavior.
