Can't clone repo on Windows due to asterisk in file name

This file has an asterisk (`*`) in its name: https://github.com/prisma/web/blob/main/apps/blog/public/connections-edges-nodes-in-relay-758d358aa4c7/imgs/0*sPafc6eXHJvRSJhZ.png

That prevents the repo from being cloned on Windows, because of an "invalid path" error (Windows does not allow asterisks in paths).

There seems to be no workaround.
