TextArea: Material Theme FloatLabel issue

Text is overwritten the label of text area component when there is a lot to text and you scroll down

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. go to prime react documentation text area float label: https://primereact.org/inputtextarea/
2. insert a lot of text with break line
3. you will see that the text is overwrite the label

Expected behavior

Text doesn't need to overwrite the label
