Support machine readable error message format (e.g. some struct that can be serialized to JSON)

It would be nice to be able to have the ability to do this from resolvo. So that we can integrate it into RIP.

Maybe we could also have a "error-report" struct that is handed to a reporter function that should take care of the printing (wether it's json or CLI text etc. would be on the implementer side).
