[`firestartr-bootstrap`] Ensure ghOrg is in lower case whenever a parameter store element is referenced

Motivation

In order to avoid problems when AWS' parameter store is used, we are going to enforce lowercase in the ghOrg.

Therefore, we are going to create a new property in the main object called ghOrgLowerCase.
