Don't display images and the result seems strange

I set PATH_TO_DATA_ROOT to data/biggertest and run it.
I upload dog.jpeg in static/uploads and find two questions.
first of all:

as you see, it don't show images and can't find image sources.
static/images is not created and they seems not copiy to static/images

secondly:
the results don't match, the first matched picure is 409.jpeg, they are completely different. the other picures are 1975.jpeg, 2237.jpeg, 334.jpeg, and so on, they seems dismatched.
