Issue B2: Glossary Page — Key Concepts

Description:

Create a glossary page explaining key concepts used in HyPyP and hyperscanning research.

Context:
Newcomers to hyperscanning often don't know terms like PLV, coherence, inter-brain synchrony, etc. A glossary will help them understand the documentation and tutorials.

Tasks:

• List all key terms used in HyPyP (from code, docs, tutorials)
• Write a 1-3 sentence definition for each term
• Add links to relevant HyPyP functions where applicable
• Add links to external resources (papers, MNE docs) for deeper reading

Terms to include (non-exhaustive):

• Hyperscanning
• Inter-brain synchrony / Intra-brain connectivity
• PLV (Phase Locking Value)
• Coherence (coh)
• Circular correlation (ccorr)
• Power Spectral Density (PSD)
• Epochs
• Surrogate data / Permutation testing
• Cluster-based statistics

Acceptance Criteria:

• At least 15 terms defined
• Definitions are accessible to non-experts
• Links to HyPyP functions are correct
• File is in Markdown format, ready for docs integration
