Support setting FEATURE_ALLOW_EMPTY_FIELDS

DatabaseConfigBean does not support setting FEATURE_ALLOW_EMPTY_FIELDS

I found out that it is impossible to configure DatabaseDataSourceConnectionFactoryBean as it uses this static method
for connections which creates a new object each time so that the field private DatabaseConfigBean databaseConfig; is always null.
