In order to do that, All you have to do is add the following gesture recognizer in your main view

let overlayPanGR: UIPanGestureRecognizer = UIPanGestureRecognizer(target: self, action: #selector(panSlideUpView))

But that's tricky, you don't need to move the panel in the way you want, so it's better to remove it whenever it's not needed
