SSLv3 problem with WIndows binary (not source version)

Hi there! Looks like the Windows binaries for 2.0.0b18 have an older version of the SSL/TLS handling rolled in -- I'm getting errors SSLv3 handshake errors when I try to connect to a number of MUCKs with it. The exact same system running the the most recent ActiveTCL installation for Windows and the TCL source has no trouble connecting to the same MUCKs. I'm guessing we need an updated binary -- would that be possible?

Most likely needs a newer version of Tcl's tls package adding in, yes - I'm extremely overdue for doing an updated release of Potato, so I will try and look into this over the holidays.
