No HDM Found

I tried the bundled binaries and I also compiled my own but every time I get a "No HMD found", and yes I have the Rift connected.

I have a DK2 with 2.1.1 Firmware

Any clues?

I also have the DK2 and ran into the same problem.

I tried to change the vendor and product number from here:
https://github.com/possan/oculus-rest/blob/master/LibOVR/Src/OVR_OSX_HMDDevice.cpp#L175
With the ones detected from the device manager, but when it connects the data comes back all 0.
