CHEBI error in Canto

I have been through this session mutlipe times and I can't work out what this error refers to

warning in 9da79dd548ac369e: can't find term with ID: CHEBI:27656

There is no mention of CHEBI:27656 in the session, and we don't have CHEBI Ids avaiable for any annotation type that I can think of?

CHEBI:27656 - camptothecin

The session has terms like
normal growth on camptothecin etc,
but I don't understand how this would cause a CHEBI error. We don't expose the CHEBI part?

I see, protein modification has

residue K34 , removed_by clr6 , decreased_in_presence_of camptothecin

Maybe camptothecin needs to be added to a config file (although maybe we should always allow any CHEBI ID that is used in FYPO config to be available in such a file?

Maybe they need to be added to mini-ontologies/chebi.obo ?

That will be it. I think they all go inthe same file, but the logical def for FYPO probaably hasn't been added yet.
It is one of my next tasks to check that the pipeline for CHEBI still works. There have been some changes made by Nico to the workflow on this since I last used it.
I'll try it on Friday, or early next week.

I've added CHEBI:17924, CHEBI:27656 and CHEBI:16134 to the mini chebi.obo

I'll check the log tomorrow.
