Reorganizing Canto triage labels

The current Curatable publications (6998)

should be relabelled "Curatable Gene-specific functional data"

The following labels sit under "uncuratable" in Canto which isn't really correct

We should make this a new set under Curatable

Curatable, sequence features and regions

◦ Browser datasets, hosted (1)
◦ DNA replication related (28). (=> rename to DNA origins and timing)
◦ [DNA recombination (27).(rename to DNA recombination sites (hotspots & coldspots))

◦ 3D genome organization (10)
◦ Transposon related (31) rename to (transposon sequence and transposition)
◦ Mating-type related (21) (rename to => mating type region related)
