provide an import route into Canto for existing annotations in a "curated session'

Is there a way to automate the transfer of legacy file annotations for papers that have been through Canto into Canto.

We can do that but it will take a bit of time. There is no Canto annotation import code at the moment so there would be a lot of new work.

I guess this import pathway should also be usable by AI based predictions (for checking)
