I haven't verified this since I don't have an account, but since ACME is publicly available and Acmebot supports EAB, it's highly likely you can use it just by configuring it.

Note also: Azure natively provides support for DigiCert and GlobalSign certificates: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/key-vault/certificates/how-to-integrate-certificate-authority

However, those don't have the benefit of auotmated domain verification; instead you'd periodically have to prove to DigiCert that you own the domain (https://knowledge.digicert.com/solution/domain-approval-methods / https://docs.digicert.com/en/certcentral/manage-certificates/supported-dcv-methods-for-validating-the-domains-on-ov-ev-tls-ssl-certificate-orders.html), and if using OV/EV certs complete the verification challenges for those (https://docs.digicert.com/en/certcentral/manage-certificates/organization-and-domain-management/tls-certificate-organization-validation-process.html)...

So AcmeBot still has its place here (IMO is generally preferable); but for some the above native alternative may be of interest.
