🐛 Issue: Replace “AI Chatbot” Label with Customizable, User-Friendly Text

Summary
Feedback from existing and prospective clients indicates that the label “AI Chatbot” is not suitable for their use cases and should be updated to more user-friendly, context-appropriate language.

📌 Problem
• The current label “AI Chatbot”:
• Feels overly technical and impersonal
• Creates confusion for some users
• Reduces trust in certain environments (e.g., church, government, healthcare)
• Raises accessibility concerns for non-technical users
• Additionally, the label field is currently:
• Restricted and not easily editable
• Too rigid for different industries and branding needs

💡 Proposed Solution
1. Replace default label “AI Chatbot” with more user-friendly alternatives, such as:
• Start Here
• Need Help
• Get Help
• How Can We Help?
• Ask a Question
• Start a Conversation
2. Make the label fully customizable:
• Allow users to edit the label freely
• Remove current restrictions/limitations on the field
• Ensure real-time updates in the UI without requiring redeployment

🎯 Expected Outcome
• Improved user trust and engagement
• Better alignment with client branding (churches, municipalities, businesses, etc.)
• Increased conversion rates for first-time users
• Greater flexibility for different industries and use cases

🔧 Acceptance Criteria
• Default label is no longer “AI Chatbot”
• Label field is fully editable (no hard restrictions)
• Changes reflect immediately in the UI
• Supports custom text for different deployments
• No regression in current chatbot functionality

📝 Notes

This change is especially important for client-facing environments where tone, trust, and accessibility significantly impact user adoption.

Thanks!
