PGWatcher should be in plump-store-postgres #1
Description
Right now the PGWatcher code is kind of hacky in the plump-strut codebase. The watcher should live in plump-store-postgres, and the appropriate socket.io code should live in plump-strut (like putting an onWrite listener on the terminal store to fire the write event up the stack, so this would be modular and not tied to a pgstore backend).
