When trying to install or activate the Fields plugin on GLPI 11.0.1, a fatal PHP error occurs: ClassNotFoundError. The error seems related to the plugin trying to load a dynamically generated class for a custom asset type that was previously managed by the genericobject plugin.

The error happens during the plugin_fields_install() process, which suggests it fails to correctly handle or generate classes for existing custom asset types.

Steps To reproduce

1. Set up an environment with GLPI 11.0.1.
2. Have existing asset types and objects created with the genericobject plugin (in my case, "projetor" / projector).
3. Attempt to install the Fields plugin via the marketplace.
4. The installation fails, and the error is logged.

The query return is empty. There are no custom assets created in this version of GLPI.
I thought that migrating the plugin's assets would create the assets in the new native functionality.

No, You should first migrate Generic Object to Custom Asset.

Then, update the Fields plugin to the latest version to migrate the old containers related to Generic Object into Custom Asset.

When you say "first migrate Generic Object to Custom Asset," do you mean running the migration:genericobject_plugin_to_core command?

You should create a dedicated issue on the GLPI side.

Once this is resolved, the issue with the Fields plugin should also be fixed.

I managed to import the Custom Assets. The problem was with an asset I didn't need to use. I believe it was even disabled, which is why I got the status error.

Now the PHP error message has changed when I try to activate the Fields plugin.
