Documentation updates

Review the documentation (including the README) as it has not been updated recently and some pieces are missing or obsolete.

From a quick look:

• Pekko support is not mentionned
• Highlights of releases 2.8+ are missing
• The different Anorm modules are not referenced
• Anorm version in the documentation is not up-to-date (see if it can be updated automatically)

Just FYI.
My personal dream is to migrate Anorm docs to Antora and add it to https://github.com/playframework/playframework.github.io, where we already have a docs for Play SOAP and Play gRPC. 😄

Hey :)

My first goal is about the content but I'll be happy to discuss the form and where/how to expose it. I don't have any strong opinion on this (yet). The current "single page" feels a bit hard to read, I wouldn't mind a bit more structure/hierarchy that I guess Antora could provide.

By the way, the Antora template seems a bit outdated as well, isn't it? I see references to Lightbend in the footer for instance. 😇
